i had a really good breakfast. IT included a full english with all the toast i could eat. the location was REALLY convenient, a short walk to the town center. the room was a great size and SUPER comfortable.

i LOVED the helpful staff. The hotel's location is great with easy access to town. I found my room had a brand new en-suite fitted.. what a great surprise. The bed provided a comfy night's sleep, and i appreciate that!
honestly, i wish the room had better soundproofing. The noise from the road was noticeable, i found it slightly disturbing at times.

My superior room had ample space. I found the cleanliness really good. The breakfast impressed me each morning. Staff members provided friendly service at all times.
The stairs did seem a bit steep. I noticed this especially when I carried my luggage up.

onsite parking abbey view
i found parking available on site. breakfast service was prompt and friendly. they even cooked extra sausages for my dogs. the view of the abbey from my room was beautiful and a great sight.
